MH Group is the creator and manufacturer of professional audio, lighting, and accessories equipment bearing the Audibax brand. The company is committed to upholding the excellence of Audibax products through comprehensive reliability tests and rigorous quality control procedures for every product manufactured.

However, should you require assistance for your Audibax product, even after the warranty period has concluded, please ensure that you take the following steps: Preserve the original packaging to safeguard your product adequately. 

Dispatch your product to an authorized service center, bearing the costs for shipping and insurance. Include a thorough description of the issue encountered, along with a copy of your purchase receipt and, when applicable, the warranty card or the Internet registration number associated with your warranty.


Authorized Service Centers

To maintain the validity of the warranty for Audibax products, any repairs or services must be carried out exclusively by a service center authorized by MH Group. For information about the approved service centers in your country, kindly get in touch with the official Audibax distributor.


Warranty Terms and Conditions

MH Group provides a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects for Audibax products, applicable to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase.

If the product experiences operational issues during the warranty period, MH Group will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the faulty product at no cost. The warranty is exclusively available to the original retail purchaser who maintains a valid proof of purchase for the Audibax product. This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable solely to the original purchaser who acquired the product from an authorized Audibax dealer.


Products such as batteries, lamps, headphones, and consumables will have a warranty of only 3 months.


Exclusions from this Warranty:

This warranty does not extend to the following:

  • Damages resulting from improper operation, neglect, inadequate care, failure to adhere to instructions outlined in the relevant owner’s manual, incorrect connections, or accidents. MH Group will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or injuries linked to or caused by Audibax products.
  • Products that have been tampered with, modified, or serviced by individuals or entities other than authorized service centers.
  • External casing, electromechanical components, and wear and tear arising from regular use.
  • Expenses associated with shipping and insurance, as well as any damages that may occur to the product during the transportation process.

This warranty remains valid if repairs or services are carried out by MH Group or an authorized service center specifically designated for Audibax products.

This warranty is comprehensive and replaces all other warranties, whether explicitly stated or implied, such as warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, thus rendering them null and void.

MH Group also disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty. It’s important to note that in some countries, the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not be enforceable, so this limitation might not apply to you.


*For Audibax devices purchased before January 1, 2023, the warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
