The ADI-10A is an active 48V phantom-powered (stereo) D.I. box. This active direct box includes an internal digital switching power supply that converts 48V DC phantom power to generate a higher internal rail voltage. This allows the ADI-10A to handle transients of up to 9V without choking. More Dynamic headroom results in less square wave distortion.
Also this active direct box features a transformer that isolates 48V phantom power to help eliminate ground loops while removing harsh and system noise.
The ADI-10A is a very effective DI box for all types of instruments in both live stage and studio recording applications.
