The Challenge
The client requested an audio system for playing background music that would include the ability to make differentiated announcements by zones within the shopping centre. In addition, it required that this system could be managed intuitively through a dedicated interface, facilitating its daily use by the staff.
As several loudspeakers would be exposed outdoors, it was essential that they were weatherproof, with the ability to withstand water, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and environmental particles such as dust and pollen. An additional key aspect was that the loudspeakers, as well as being high definition, had to be specifically aimed to ensure optimum sound coverage in areas of high public traffic.
The Solution
An advanced audio, background music system meticulously designed to enrich every corner with high quality background music and accurate zoned announcements (background music) that not only enables continuous music playback throughout the mall, but also offers efficient management of customised announcements by zones. With an intuitive and user-friendly interface, our system allows mall staff to manage music and announcements seamlessly, streamlining daily operations and improving efficiency.
For the outdoor areas, we installed speakers specifically designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including waterproofing and protection from sun exposure and other environmental particles. We understand the importance of durability in demanding environments, so our loudspeakers are designed to withstand the harshest conditions. They are completely weatherproof, able to withstand water, prolonged sun exposure and contaminants such as dust and pollen, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance.
Each high definition loudspeaker is strategically positioned to ensure impeccable sound coverage in areas of high footfall, creating an immersive and enjoyable acoustic environment for all visitors.
In the public transit areas, high-definition loudspeakers with directional adjustment were used to ensure an impeccable sound coverage in the most crowded areas, creating an immersive and pleasant acoustic environment for all visitors.
